MVQ (Methyl Vinyl Silicone Rubber), commonly known as Silicone Rubber, is a high-performance elastomer widely used in sealing applications requiring resistance to extreme temperatures and aggressive environments. All MVQ grades are FDA-compliant, making them suitable for direct contact with food, drinking water, and pharmaceutical equipment.
MVQ silicone elastomers provide excellent resistance to aging, ozone, UV radiation, and weathering, while maintaining outstanding flexibility and elasticity over a wide temperature range – from –60 °C to +200 °C (short-term up to +230 °C).
Blue MVQ – primarily used in the food and pharmaceutical industries where visual detection and hygiene control are required.
Red MVQ – designed for high-temperature sealing applications, such as ovens, steam systems, and thermal equipment.
Natural (Transparent) MVQ – ideal for medical, pharmaceutical, and food-grade applications requiring purity, transparency, and neutral material behavior.
Blue MVQ – food and pharmaceutical industry, easy visual detection in hygienic environments.
Red MVQ – high-temperature sealing (steam, ovens, thermal equipment).
Natural (Transparent) MVQ – medical, laboratory, and cleanroom use, where purity and transparency are critical.
