PTFE-1 MATERIAL TUBES

COLOR – WHITE PTFE-1 (POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE, TEFLON®)

PTFE-1 is a high-performance fluoropolymer (polytetrafluoroethylene, commonly known as Teflon®) renowned for its exceptional chemical resistance, wide operating temperature range, and extremely low coefficient of friction. Thanks to these unique properties, PTFE-1 is widely used in sealing technology, chemical engineering, food processing, and many other industries where reliability in aggressive environments is critical.

The material is resistant to almost all aggressive chemicals, solvents, and fuels, with the only exceptions being molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine at elevated temperatures.

PTFE-1 reliably operates in the temperature range from –200 °C to +260 °C, does not absorb moisture, and demonstrates outstanding dielectric properties, making it indispensable for sealing and insulating components.

KEY ADVANTAGES OF PTFE-1

Exceptional chemical resistance

Stable in acids, alkalis, solvents, fuels, and aggressive media – ideal for sealing components in the chemical and oil & gas industries.

Wide temperature range

Operating reliably from –200 °C to +260 °C, suitable for both extremely cold and hot environments.

Low coefficient of friction

One of the lowest among plastics, ensuring excellent wear resistance of components and reduced energy consumption.

Non-stick surface

Anti-adhesive behavior prevents contamination and sticking, making PTFE-1 highly demanded in food and pharmaceutical industries.

Electrical insulation properties

Outstanding dielectric performance enables use in electrical and electronic applications.
