MAX XSH-PUR – EXTRA-HARD, SELF-SMOOTHING POLYURETHANE FOR HEAVY-DUTY SEALING APPLICATIONS

Max XSH-PUR is a next-generation high-hardness polyurethane material engineered for industrial sealing solutions operating under extreme mechanical loads, high temperatures, and aggressive environments. The material combines outstanding wear resistance, low friction coefficient, and excellent extrusion stability, making it an optimal choice for sealing systems in hydraulics, pneumatics, heavy machinery, and mining equipment.

Hardness 56±2 Shore D, tensile strength >170 N/mm², abrasion <25 mm³.

Wide operating temperature range

From –20 °C to +140 °C (short-term up to +155 °C) without loss of shape or sealing integrity.

Chemical and hydrolysis resistance

Compatible with oils, hydraulic fluids, biodegradable lubricants, and resistant to seawater.

Self-lubricating properties

Ensures stable operation in dynamic seals and reduces the stick-slip effect.

High extrusion stability

Allows for wider installation gaps under high pressure.
