MAX XH-PUR – NEXT-GENERATION HARD POLYURETHANE FOR CRITICAL SEALING APPLICATIONS

Max XH-PUR is a high-performance hard polyurethane material developed for applications requiring maximum wear resistance, dimensional stability, and long-term sealing performance under high mechanical and chemical loads.

By utilizing advanced chemical components and precision manufacturing technology, Max XH-PUR combines outstanding strength with excellent resistance to abrasion, tear, and aggressive media, outperforming conventional rigid polyurethanes in operational characteristics.

KEY ADVANTAGES OF MAX XH-PUR

WIDE OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE

From –25 °C to +150 °C (short-term up to +165 °C) while maintaining shape, stability, and sealing integrity even under extreme operating conditions.

HIGH WEAR AND TEAR RESISTANCE

Tensile strength above 170 N/mm² and abrasion value below 18 mm³ ensure exceptional durability under high load and friction conditions.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

Resistant to hydrolysis, oils, and aggressive fluids, compatible with biodegradable lubricants, and reliable in both dry and wet/underwater environments.

SHAPE RECOVERY AND LOW COMPRESSION SET

Ensures stable sealing due to very low residual deformation (< 25 % at 100 °C and < 30 % at 150 °C).

FDA COMPLIANCE

Selected grades of Max XH-PUR meet FDA CFR 177.2600 requirements for food-contact applications.
